1997: I started studying Spanish and the following year moved to the Dominican Republic where I really got the feel for the language and learnt to love it.
2003: Along with my husband and 3 other tutors, set up a successful language school, The Cambridge English Academy, in Dominican Republic, still going strong today.
2010: With 2 bouncy children of my own and living back in Haverhill we are thoroughly enjoying Speedy Spanish.

As well as being involved with teaching groups in London, I have also lived and worked in Spain and spent time in Latin America teaching pre-school children English, and assisted at the Lord Byron academy in Arequipa, Peru.
